On the Prowl
Last week, Brooke and I went down to Oregon. We spent two nights with the Maunu family and then headed down to Salem for Megan's birthday celebration. While we were there, Brooke had a lot of fun with the kitties, Zeus and Dante. Brooke eloquently demonstrated her knowledge of the word, "meow." Actually, it usually came out as "Be-ah" and Megan had fun imitating her. One afternoon I caught Brooke on the prowl:

Dante is quite fond of megan's bed and usually sleeps with her every night. I guess he finally got tired of us kicking him! One day in a fit of make-believe we dubbed Dante a mountain lion (we were pretending to be bears), now every morning Megan reports,"my mountain lion slept with me!"
