Peek-a-boo
One of Brooke's favorite games is peek-a-boo. She puts blankets over her head and all the laundry that comes out of the dryer. (It is really funny to see her with a bra wrapped around her head). The game gets a bit dangerous because she likes to walk around as she plays and she's a bit slow to take the item off her head. So, she has run into walls, doors, etc. But the game goes on...

Kyle Maunu
Last weekend, Brooke and I made a quick trip down to Portland for Neil's 30th birthday party. It was a lot of fun - especially after Brooke went to sleep! And we had a great time with Neil, Bobbi, and Kyle.

The New Chatty Cathy
"Move over Mom, there's a new Chatty Cathy in this house!"
Phones are one of Brooke's favorite toys. She will pull the phone right out of my hands. Unfortunately, she really likes the buttons so she hangs up on everyone. We have several toy phones for her, but of course, they aren't as good as the real thing. Anytime the phone rings Brooke looks up and asks "Daddy?" And usually when I am on the phone, she just keeps repeating, "daddy, daddy, daddy."
