Bryan arrived home for his 18 day R&R on April 12th. Brooke and I met him at the Seattle Airport. Brooke did great with Bryan. She let him carry her the whole way through the airport. She was happy to be with her daddy....all the patches and straps on Bryan's uniform helped a little bit, too!
Grammy Barb came in for a quick visit and to help me with Brooke and some house projects ahead of Bryan's R&R. Brooke got in some good bonding time with Grammy and I was finally able to make some headway on cleaning out the guest room.
The Smith family came up for a visit last weekend. It is a lot of fun having the kids together now that they interact with each other. And thankfully, my 3 story house enabled the kids to be far enough apart that they all got good naps and nighttime sleep.
